BigBagsCN.com is a factory-direct B2B manufacturer. Our delivery policies are for bulk, container-load (FCL/LCL) shipments and are different from retail eCommerce.
1. Sample Orders (Online Checkout)
We ship samples worldwide via Express Air Courier (e.g., DHL/FedEx).
- Flat Rate Shipping: A $30 USD flat rate shipping fee is applied at checkout for all sample orders, to any location worldwide.
- Delivery Time: Typical air courier time is 7-14 business days.
2. B2B Bulk Orders (The Real Deal)
Delivery for all B2B bulk orders is NOT handled by this website.
All shipping terms, lead times, and costs are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and will be formally defined in your Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract.
Common terms we offer include:
- Incoterms: FOB (e.g., FOB Xiamen), CIF (e.g., CIF Sydney), DDP, etc.
- Lead Time: Manufacturing lead time is typically 30-45 days after deposit, plus 15-30 days for ocean freight to Australia/New Zealand.
- Carrier: We ship via major ocean freight lines.
