Refund & Claims Policy

This policy covers two distinct types of orders: (1) Online Sample Orders, and (2) B2B Bulk Orders.


1. Policy for Online Sample Orders

We understand you want to verify our quality. We offer this policy for all samples (e.g., 1x Sample Bag) purchased directly through the bigbagscn.com online checkout.

  • 14-Day Returns: If you are not satisfied with your sample bag, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Condition: The sample bag must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@bigbagscn.com with your order number.
  • Refund: Once we approve the return, we will refund the product cost (e.g., $20 USD).
  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs (both the original $30 USD courier fee and the return shipping fee) are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item.

2. Policy for B2B Bulk Orders

All B2B bulk orders (i.e., any order not placed via the online sample checkout) are NOT covered by the policy above.

All B2B sales are final and are governed exclusively by the terms set forth in the mutually signed Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract.

Any claims for manufacturing defects or quality discrepancies must be made within 14 days of receiving your container and will be handled according to the terms of that contract. Please contact your sales representative directly.
